Catering Assistant Responsibilities

As a Catering Assistant, your duties may include:

• Basic food preparation



• Serving food and drinks



• Supporting chefs and the wider catering team



• Setting up and clearing down service areas



• Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment



• Keeping kitchen and dining areas clean and hygienic



• Restocking food, drinks and catering supplies



• Following food hygiene and allergen procedures



• Following health andamp; safety procedures



• Providing friendly and professional customer service

What We''re Looking For

We are looking for experienced Catering Assistants who are:

• Reliable, punctual and professional



• Experienced within catering, hospitality or food service



• Comfortable working in busy catering environments



• Able to work independently and as part of a team



• Knowledgeable about food hygiene and health andamp; safety



• Friendly with good communication skills



• Flexible and hardworking

Drivers are preferred but not essential.
