Our client is a Top Tier Building Contractor whom are looking for a Facilities Coordinator.As Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for Coordinating and scheduling repairs, maintenance tasks, and preventative maintenance checks for all facilities on the construction site. The role will include working closely with the NHS provide support relating to any day to day operational matters.To liaise on current working practices to promote a culture of continuous improvement reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager. in delivery construction and facilities improvements.
