Project Manager - Water/Utilities

The Opportunity Working in partnership with Thames Water to deliver outstanding infrastructure that benefits current and future generations, we are seeking an on-site Project Manager to join this journey. The project you will be allocated to is either Bourton on the Water or Drayton, but flexibility is required as there are multiple projects across the Thames Valley region. Travel will be expected, and site location may change depending on project programmes. What you will be doing Overall responsibility for the management and successful delivery of single complex projects or packages of projects delivered under the Thames Water framework. Specific responsibilities include management of health and safety, design, customer relations, quality, environmental compliance, programme, and cost/value during both pre-production (ECI phase) and production. Monitor the progress of offsite and onsite operations against deadlines and budget limitations. Create a positive team culture and environment on your projects to support wellbeing and performance. Demonstrate determination and resilience to drive improvements in project delivery, embedding production line thinking and an offsite first philosophy.
