Reporting into senior management, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making and helping the business continue to improve its financial processes and controls.This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, working collaboratively across departments and contributing ideas that add real value to the organisation.Responsibilities include:Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial reportsSupport month-end and year-end processesMonitor business performance and provide meaningful financial analysisPrepare budgets, forecasts and cashflow projectionsMaintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulationsReconcile sales, cost of sales and balance sheet accoun
