Site Manager – Residential Development

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a rapidly growing residential developer delivering high-quality housing schemes across Cornwall.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects ranging from bespoke developments to multi-unit residential schemes, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and growing. You will be take responsibility for the day-to-day management of residential developments from groundwork through to completion.

The Role

• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, materials, and site resources
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Monitoring quality and compliance
• Maintaining excellent health & safety standards across site operations

Requirements

• Proven experience managing residential housing developments
• Strong knowledge of construction processes from groundwork to finishing trades
• SMSTS and an understanding of CDM regulations
• Good knowledge of current building regulations and NHBC/warranty standards
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• IT proficiency including Microsoft Office (
