I C TALENT is looking for a Full time Art Teacher for a welcoming secondary school in the heart of Peterborough. Responsibilities• Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 if required)• Develop students'' creative skills using a range of media and techniques• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies• Work collaboratively with the department and wider school staff• Ensure safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all timesRequirements• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)• Experience teaching Art in a UK secondary school• Strong subject knowledge and passion for creative education• Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Benefits• Full-time, long-term role until July 2026• ASAP start in a supportive secondary school• Competitive pay in line with experience• Opportunity to make a lasting impact on students'' creative development• Ongoing support from a friendly, experienced education teamWe are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of young people.
