Our client based in Bradford (BD5) are looking for an experienced General Operative, who holds an FLT licence. Hours / payrate - Monday to Thursday 07.00am till 16.00pm and Fridays 07.00am till 12.00pm £12.60 per hour. Daily duties ; Using reach and counterbalance trucks to un-load,load,move materials on and off racking. Wrapping, packing and un-packing finished and incoming goods. Mostly engineered products, cranks, blocks, heads and other engine parts etc.Use of component washing machines and packaging equipment.General housekeeping of work area and routine machine maintenance/safety checks.Maintain standards of health, safety and hygine in the workplace including the yard areasParticipate in continuous improvement activities Candidate requirements ; Familiar with and engineering environment.Fork lift truck or reach truck, RTITB or ITSAR Licence.Understand HSEQ Standards and requirements.
