About the Role: As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of both commercial waste collection drivers and administrative office staff. You will work closely with multiple departments, including logistics, compliance, and customer service, to ensure that all service commitments are met reliably and efficiently. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is process-driven, solution-focused, and confident in their ability to lead teams and drive operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Organise and manage the daily workload of drivers and office staff to ensure effective service delivery Monitor operational performance, address issues, and support continuous
