Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the MASH / CSPOA Team with Reading Borough Council. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and process incoming referrals regarding children potentially at risk of harm. Conduct information gathering and analysis to inform decision-making. Work in partnership with key agencies including health, education, and police to ensure coordinated safeguarding responses. Make threshold decisions in line with statutory guidance and local policy. Record and maintain high-quality case notes, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
