Lead a skilled engineering team, championing growth, structure, and performance.Deliver flawless building operations 365 days a year through smart systems and supply chain management.Own the PPM schedule, reactive repairs, and service desk SLAs — keeping downtime to a minimum.Ensure full compliance with statutory and safety regulations, especially life safety systems and Building Safety Act reporting.Scope and deliver Capex projects from survey to sign-off, aligned with lifecycle planning.Collaborate with development teams on new builds — from snagging to PPM integration.Drive continuous improvement, training, and innovation across engineering functions.Manage budgets, reporting, and procurement of future asset management systems.Support strategic facilities projects and long-term estate planning.What You Bring To The Team
