QA Admin Required.

Padstone require a site based QA to work on a commercial development in Birmingham asap. Overseeing QA forms for room closure.

Working Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.

Assisting the Operations/site Manager and Quality Assurance Director with responsibilities.

Job spec -

• - Ensure compliance with Health and Safety.
  
  - General business administration.
  
  - Assist with compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
  - Assist with internal auditing.
  
  - Keeping systems and registers up to date.
  
  - Dealing with customer returns / complaints.
  
  - Dealing with supplier issues / returns.
  
  - Preparing various reports / forms.
  
  
  
  Skills and Attributes Required
  
  - IT skills - Microsoft Office knowledge would be preferable.
  
  - Logical thinker.
  
  - Ability to organise workloads and prioritise tasks.
  
  - Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  
  - Report writing skills.
  
  Qualifications or knowledge Required
  
  - Experience of a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
  
  - Experience of working to tight deadlines and working in a high-pressured environment.

Skills and Attributes Required -

Qualifications or knowledge Required -
