Recruitment Consultant
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to support our growing hiring needs. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and place high-quality talent. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent candidate management, and a solid understanding of recruitment best practices within the UK market. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefing to placement Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience Support onboarding and offer processes where required Requirements and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, or HR professional Strong verbal and written English communication skills Experience using LinkedIn for sourcing and hiring Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively Knowledge of UK recruitment practices and right-to-work requirements (preferred) Highly organised, proactive, and results-oriented
