As Global Business Lead for Porsche, you will oversee the global client relationship and drive the evolution of our partnership within a future-oriented transformative operating model across Volkswagen Group.Porsche stands for design excellence, engineering heritage, racing legacy, performance, sustainable luxury, innovation, and reliability.Porsche’s vision: "The brand for those who follow their dreams."Founded over 70 years ago by Ferry Porsche, who built the 356 and created the Porsche sports car brandKey Responsibilities:Lead a cross-functional team across mainly London and Munich, focusing on media strategy, insights, innovation, planning, analytics, and market governance.Optimize Porsche\''s digital, data, tech, content, and operational marketing ecosystem globally.Develop and implement best-in-class holistic full funnel media strategies and ensure effective local execution.Build strong relationships with senior Porsche stakeholders as a trusted advisor.Introduce innovative (Omnicom) solutions to support Porsche\''s transformation and growth.Collaborate with the Global Enablement Team for VWG and other VWG brand GBLs to exploit the full potential of the VWG model.Leverage the new VWG operating model to maximize synergies and insights across brands, functions, and platforms while delivering distinct brand-specific solutions.Strategically and operationally lead the Porsche AG marketing communication portfolio (Brand and Sports Communications, Product and Services Communications, Sales and Loyalty Communications, Marketing Capabilities and Channels).Develop and implement media mix analyses (media mix modelling, MTA), and robust (AI-based) models for data-driven optimization of marketing campaigns.Leverage market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Represent the agency at client meetings, industry events, and negotiations.About You:Experience:

You have extensive experience in media and/or marketing communications , with a strong

digital background . A proven track record of driving innovation, transformation, and growth with expertise in the

automotive category

and markets as well as in the luxury category and markets. Proficiency in discussing data, analytics, and technology stacks and profound

performance marketing expertise . Experience in at least three of Porsche\''s top five markets/regions (USA, Germany, UK, Korea, China and/or APAC region).Strategic Thinking:
