Day-to-day of the role: Conduct business development calls to attract new clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.Negotiate fees and terms of service with clients.Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to closing placements.Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
