Key duties: Lead, coach and develop the Planning, Scheduling and Stock Control teams. Own and lead the end-to-end monthly SandOP process. Lead the weekly and daily SandOE process. Oversee forecasting activities across all customers and product categories. Ensure production plans support customer demand whilst maximising operational efficiency. Maintain ownership and governance of inventory management processes. Ensure planning processes deliver industry-leading service levels. Develop robust plans to support future growth requirements. Develop and maintain meaningful planning KPIs and management information. Lead planning process improvements and best practice implementation.
