This is a static role based on a single housing estate - all properties are within walking distance, so no van or fuel card is required. Responsibilities: Carrying out internal and external painting and decorating across council properties.Preparing surfaces including stripping, filling, sanding, and priming.Applying a range of finishes including emulsion, gloss, undercoat, and wallpapering where required.Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, in line with health and safety regulations.Working collaboratively with tenants and housing staff, providing a courteous and professional service.Using a PDA system to receive and update job information, materials used and works completed.
