�� The Role:

• Teach Maths to students aged 11–16 with SEMH needs
• Adapt lessons to support varying abilities and learning styles
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students who require extra care and guidance
• Work as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team including support staff, therapists, and SEN professionals

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – Essential
• PGCE with Maths specialism or relevant experience teaching Maths
• Experience or strong interest in working with SEMH students
• Calm, empathetic and flexible approach to teaching
• Strong behaviour management and emotional literacy
