An established and growing insurance brokerage based in West Kensington is seeking a skilled professional to manage their client and insurer accounting functions. Key Responsibilities IBA Accounting: Managing the Insurer and Client Ledger processes accurately and efficiently. Reconciliations: Performing daily bank reconciliations, insurer statement reconciliations, and resolving unallocated cash or discrepancies. System Management: Utilising Acturis daily to process payments, credit control, bordereaux, and premium calculations. Credit Control: Monitoring outstanding balances, chasing client debt, and maintaining low bad-debt levels. Insurer Relations: Processing insurer settlements and maintaining strong working relationships with insurer accounts teams. Reporting: Assisting the Finance Manager with month-end reports, IBA audit preparation, and compliance checks.
