Cure Talent are excited to be partnering with a leading organisation in the medical device industry in their search for a Graduate Engineer to join the RandD team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate to begin their career in medical device engineering. As a Graduate Engineer you will gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle, from concept design and testing through to manufacturing and regulatory support. Working closely with an experienced RandD team, you will develop your technical skills while contributing to the delivery of innovative products that improve patient care. What you will be doing: Support Product Engineers with product design, development and modifications through the NPI (New Product Introduction) process. Carry out NPI activities including testing, results reporting and regulatory support. Create and maintain product drawings, specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and other engineering documentation. Assist with investigations, process improvements and customer complaint resolution. Liaise with suppliers, support engineering meetings and attend exhibitions in the UK and Europe, with occasional travel further afield. What we are looking for: A recently qualified graduate in a relevant engineering or manufacturing discipline, with a strong interest in medical devices, plastics and improving patient care.
