AWC Staff Services are seeking a Finance Assistant to provide strategic financial support for our clients continued growth based in Chapel Allerton, Leeds. The ideal candidate will be a finance professional with experience in construction or related sectors, who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment. You will lead our client s commercial strategy and ensure the continued growth and profitability of our business. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a voice to the board of directors, offering financial analysis and strategic recommendations to guide decision-making. Act as the first point of contact for all financial matters, ensuring efficient resolution of queries and smooth financial operations across departments. Manage group-wide cash flow and working capital requirements, including oversight of Work in Progress (WIP) alongside commercial teams. Lead the preparation of detailed financial forecasts and budgets, collaborating with department heads to integrate operational insights.
