An opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to oversee18 sites which consists of Education sites and BandI sites in the BRISTOL/BATH area. My client is only looking for candidates who lives in a short commutable distance within the BRISTOL/BATH area. My client is looking for someone with previous Operational Management experience particularly within the Education and BandI sector. You will have a genuine passion for food and be up to date with current food trends. You will be confident training new starters and existing staff as well as having previous experience of increasing sales in units. You will also be confident attending client meetings and potential clients. You will also be involved in training staff and troubleshooting as well as assisting with mobilisation of new contracts.
