This is a varied role within a busy construction environment, ideal for someone highly organised with excellent administration skills.Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Construction Director and site teams.Assist with the set-up of new developments.Maintain construction, HandS, HR and environmental documentation.Produce reports using COINS to monitor site progress.Manage the Construction Training Matrix and arrange compliance training.Assist with preparing presentations for new developments. What We''re Looking For: Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Experience using COINS software.Excellent communication and organisational skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Proactive approach with the ability to prioritise workload.
