Hybrid Circa £75,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, this is a high-impact opportunity to shape and deliver the People strategy across a portfolio of growing businesses. We are looking for an experienced senior HR leader - someone commercially astute, credible at Board/SLT level and able to balance strategic leadership with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. The role You''ll take overall leadership of the People function, including: - Developing and delivering a Group-wide People strategy aligned to commercial objectives. - Acting as a strategic partner to the Exec and senior leadership teams. - Leading and developing a multi-site People team. - Supporting acquisitions, due diligence, integration and organisational change. - Driving culture, engagement and high performance across the Group. - Leading talent, succession and workforce planning. - Developing leadership capability and learning and development. - Overseeing senior recruitment and the wider talent acquisition strategy. - Using People metrics and KPIs to influence strategic decision-making and reporting to senior leadership and investors. - Developing the EVP and employer brand to support attraction and retention. - Overseeing reward, benefits, HR systems and People budgets. - Providing ..... full job details .....
