They have two sites in Scotland and form part of an international business stretching into Europe, the USA and Middle-East. The group is undergoing extensive growth and change right now. To help facilitate this, they now need to recruit a site based Engineering Manager. The Site Engineering Manager is responsible for the leadership, compliance, and operational performance of the site''s engineering team. This includes delivering on-site engineering projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing asset reliability, and driving continuous improvement to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Reporting into the UK Engineering Manager you will work to align site-level goals with broader organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Team Management and Leadership - oversee day-to-day activities of the maintenance and engineering team. Equipment Reliability and Continuous Improvement Develop business cases for capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, coordinating with the UK Engineering Manager for approval and support. Act as the key engineering contact for the site, liaising with the UK Engineering Manager. Asset Condition
