Responsibilities include: Assemble and prepare cable harnesses to specification Perform crimping, soldering, and termination of wires and connectors Inspect and test completed assemblies for quality assurance Maintain a clean and organised work environment Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines Proven experience in cable assembly and crimping techniques Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams This is a full time role working Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week, based in Lancing paying between 12.80- 13.80 per hour.
