This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive individual who enjoys working in a busy school environment and is confident managing both classroom cover and administrative responsibilities.The successful candidate will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the school by overseeing cover management and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. When required, you will supervise whole classes across a range of subjects, delivering pre-set work, maintaining positive behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.In addition to classroom duties, this role has a strong administrative and organisational focus. You will be responsible for arranging daily staff cover, liaising closely with teaching and support staff, and working with external supply agencies to secure appropriate cover when needed.
