On a typical day, you''ll handle around 50 new enquiries from both trade customers and the general public, helping them find the right products and services to meet their needs.Key Responsibilities Respond to approximately 50 inbound enquiries per day from B2B and B2C customers.Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.Prepare and send accurate quotations.Proactively generate new business through outbound calls and business development activities.Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.Negotiate and close sales to achieve individual targets.Maintain accurate customer records using the CRM system.Deliver excellent customer service ..... full job details .....
