Mechanical Shift Engineer

to join their team on a continental shift at a high-specification commercial site in the

City of London . This is a static role focused on mechanical and general building services maintenance.Responsibilities for the Mechanical Shift Engineer:Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems

Perform fault finding, repairs, and plant room checks across key assets

Support statutory compliance tasks (e.g. water treatment, pressure systems, ventilation)

Requirements for the Mechanical Shift Engineer:Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Plumbing (or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years'' experience in a mechanically-biased building services role

Strong understanding of health and safety and statutory compliance

Knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, AHUs, FCUs, and water systems
