Support Engineer

Would you like to effectively take ownership of all things IT in my clients Leeds office? Would you like to utilise your Azure, Exchange and 365 Admin exp? There is ample room for progression in this role, where the client will provide opportunities to learn new technologies and to develop according to IT best practice approaches. If you have previously worked in a hands-on fashion as part of an IT Service Desk, having worked with SLAs and have a logical approach to triaging, researching, and solving technical problems with software and hardware, then this could be the role for you. You''ll be resolving Service Desk requests, working with a largely technical user base and also managing the onboarding and offboarding of employees in Leeds, which includes configuring hardware and software using imaging tools, installing software, and effectively readying the IT Setup at desks for new staff. The role is onsite for the duration of the probation period, with the option of wfh 1 day a week thereafter. Shortlisting to take place after the Easter break.
