• Delivering engaging and effective lessons in Welsh

• Working flexibly across a range of Primary Schools in RCT

• Planning and delivering lessons in line with school expectations

• Managing classroom behaviour effectively

• Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment

• Adapting teaching approaches to meet different learning needs

• Working alongside teaching assistants and other school staff

• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress where required

• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures

• Qualified Primary Teacher with QTS - essential

• Fluent Welsh speaker - essential

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Adaptable and confident working across different schools and year groups

• Able to commute easily to schools in Pontypridd and surrounding areas

• Happy to work on a flexible and ad-hoc basis
