Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and issue loan terms following credit approval
• Set up and maintain loan files and records
• Liaise with brokers, applicants, surveyors, and solicitors
• Instruct and monitor property valuations
• Chase outstanding documents and support case progression
• Provide administrative support to underwriters and business development managers

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proactive and team-oriented approach
• Property, lending, or financial services experience is desirable but not essential
