Key Responsibilities:Morning: Conduct daily wellbeing checks with residents in a retirement housing scheme, ensuring their needs are met and escalating any concerns.Fortnightly: Manage a caseload of 10 individuals aged 18+ who may have vulnerabilities such as addictions or mental health challenges.
