Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

Location: Oxfordshire/ hybrid site, office on a Wednesday

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: -35,000 - -40,000 depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for a permanent Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join a large housing provider in Oxfordshire. This role is ideal for a housing professional with experience or exposure to dealing with anti-social behaviour, looking to make a significant impact in improving community living standards.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver a professional, proactive service to address ingrained anti-social behaviour across various localities, ensuring tenancy success through resolution and enforcement.
• Maintain high data quality in customer systems, ensuring transparency and compliance in all service areas.
• Collaborate with locality teams and other customer functions to deliver services to an agreed area and set of standards.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with local stakeholders and partnering agencies to address anti-social behaviour with minimal enforcement.
• Champion the organisation''s values and work alongside colleagues to achieve operational goals and customer satisfaction standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in delivering effective anti-social behaviour services.
• Ability to address non-access, fraud, and other tenancy breaches with minimal legal intervention.
• Experience in court representations, including preparation of notices, court papers, and witness statements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust, respect, and influence others.
• Experience working across teams and agencies to address complex customer needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel.
