Hexagon Group has partnered with a well-renowned managing agent that has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Director to join their Central London FM team. In this role, you will directly manage a team of Building and Facilities Managers while strategically overseeing a multi-client property portfolio across Central London.You will mentor and lead your team, providing ongoing support, guidance, and conducting regular appraisals. You''ll build strong client relationships and proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery. Working closely with contractors, you will hold regular review meetings, monitor performance, and manage tenders when required. Additionally, you will support the implementation of new FM initiatives and strategies, oversee the mobilisation of new instructions, and recruit site-based staff where necessary. You will also lead the launch and delivery of ESG initiatives and ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained across your portfolio.We are keen to speak with experienced Senior Facilities Managers or current Associate Directors with a Facilities Management background and managing agent experience.
