We are looking for a New Business Executive to join a growing and successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong B2B sales experience who enjoys a proactive, outbound sales environment and is motivated by achieving results.

The Role

As a New Business Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, generating qualified leads, and booking appointments for the sales team. Your primary objective will be to secure 10 new business appointments per week through a combination of cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound activity
• Conduct high-volume B2B cold calling to prospective clients
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
• Research and identify target businesses and potential leads
• Maintain accurate records and activity using Salesforce CRM
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
• Achieve and exceed weekly KPI and appointment targets
• Provide regular activity and performance reporting

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment
• Experience using Salesforce
• Strong B2B cold-calling experience
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Experience making high-volume outbound calls
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
