This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve personal success through tailored, therapeutic-based learning sessions. Role Overview As an Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant, you will support the delivery of 1:1 and small group sessions that help students progress academically, emotionally, and socially. You will work closely with schools, families, and multi-agency professionals to ensure each child receives the right support at the right time.
