We are looking for a Field Care Manager to join a compassionate, values-driven team delivering outstanding homecare services in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, develop, and support a team of carers while ensuring the highest standards of care for clients. The Role As a Field Care Manager, you ll work closely with the management team to maintain and improve care quality across the service. You will be field-based, visiting clients and carers regularly to monitor care, offer support, and ensure that service standards are consistently exceeded. Key responsibilities include: Conducting carer observations and client wellbeing checks on a monthly basis.Supporting carers through feedback, coaching, and training where needed.Ensuring care plans and documentation are accurate and up to date.Completing client assessments and risk assessments.Sharing on-call duties on a 4-week rolling rota (including evenings and weekends paid additionally).Liaising with health and social care professionals to find the best solutions for clients.Supporting team morale and development.Assisting with client complaints and investigations.Covering care calls and client introductions when required.Mileage reimbursed for travel between visits.
