You''ll manage your own portfolio of resale properties, guide homeowners and buyers through the sales process, and work closely with our partner organisations to deliver a high-quality service in line with their individual requirements.What you''ll do Manage a caseload of shared ownership resales from instruction through to an agreed sale. Proactively support homeowners with the marketing and listing of their property, managing enquiries, viewings and buyer applications. Guide homeowners and prospective buyers through the resale journey, providing clear and timely communication throughout. Work towards monthly sales targets and key performance indicators, taking ownership of your pipeline and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisers and other key stakeholders.
