Senior Site Manager required for a high-end development in Peterborough for a boutique developer. Due to completion of land purchase and planning, this developer requires a professional, experienced and quality driven Senior Site Manager to build a 35-unit development consisting of new build houses, refurbishment and conversion of listed buildings into accommodation.

The ideal Senior Site Manager candidate will have high standards and quality driven, aiming to deliver the best possible product. This is a freelance engagement with potential of a long-term placement operating freelance and being paid freelance.

• Manager the site from inception to completion
• Quality assurance
• Programme management
• Toolbox talks
• Subcontractor Management
• Health and Safety

The Person

• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, NVQ level 6
• Experienced in Site management in the UK
• New build and refurbishments experience
• Happy to work on a long term freelance agreement
