You will have: Proven experience (10+ years) in sales leadership, specifically in the BPO sector Good experience in selling in the Lloyds of London insurance market. In-depth understanding of the BPO landscape and regulatory environment. Expertise in identifying, analysing, and solving industry business problems, and developing pragmatic solutions. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including in proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms for large deals.
