You will work with 25-minute testing times in a supportive environment that encourages clinical development and progression, including opportunities to complete Pathway/ILM. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality eye examinations within 25-minute testing times. Utilise a fully equipped testing environment featuring OCT, phoropter, and auto-refractor. Achieve and maintain a 65%+ conversion rate. Provide excellent patient care and uphold professional standards at all times. Work every Saturday as part of the weekly rota.
