Our client, an international manufacturer with ambitious UK growth plans is seeking an ACCA-qualified Finance Manager or Accounting Manager to join their expanding team. The role:
You''ll lead and develop a small finance team while working closely with UK and European colleagues. The position offers real variety and visibility across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing month-end close and statutory reporting under UK GAAP.
• Supporting budgets, forecasts and cash flow management.
• Overseeing Accounts Payable, Billing and balance sheet integrity.
• Liaising with auditors, tax advisors and external stakeholders.
• Partnering with sales, procurement and operations to drive performance.

The person:

• ACCA qualified (essential - no equivalents).
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge; SAP experience desirable.
• Confident communicator who enjoys cross functional collaboration.
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop leadership skills.
