This is a hybrid role based in Chessington, offering a mix of office-based and home working.This opportunity would suit a detail-oriented and dependable finance professional who enjoys a varied accounts role and working as part of a supportive finance team.The RoleYou will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, smooth transactional processing, and effective administrative support across the finance function.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing purchase invoices and matching to purchase ordersRaising and posting sales invoicesAllocation of payments and receiptsCredit controlSupplier statement reconciliationsAssisting with month-end processesMaintaining accurate financial records and spreadsheetsHandling supplier and customer queries in a timely and professional mannerGeneral finance and administrative duties as requiredSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping roleGood working knowledge of accounting principlesExperience using accounting software such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or similarStrong Excel and general MS Office skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyGood organisational and time-management skillsAbility to work independe
