As a roaming Senior Retail Sales Advisor, you’ll provide crucial support across the London region by stepping in to assist Branch Managers by taking on Senior responsibilities, supporting teams, and driving sales. Standard Branch opening hours are 5:30am - 5pm but this does vary in some locations.

The majority of our London stores have a local tube/train/bus station in local proximity so travel won’t be an issue.

As a Senior Retail Sales Advisor with Brewers, some responsibilities will include:

Assist Supporting Branch Managers by stepping in during their absence or when additional support is neededProvide exceptional service to customers in branch, to deliver upon our reputation for quality Brewers serviceHave keyholder responsibilities, cashing up and associated supervisory tasksAllocate work to the team, keeping them motivated and drivenProvide recommendations to help customers find the best product for their needsSupport the Branch Manager with planning and agreeing sales forecasts in line with Company targetsEnsuring orders and enquiries are dealt with and followed up on promptlyMix paint for Customers, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the Branch networkBuild relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive servicePromote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and salesAssisting with stock maintenance in the branch

Who We Are Looking For To Join Our Team

Experience in a retail environment, ideally in a team leader or supervisory roleExceptional customer service and communication skills, to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendationsFlexibility and willingness to travel between different branches in the London area as required.Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality - happy to help both customers and colleaguesThe ability to motivate and inspire colleagues to achieve the highest level of customer serviceEnjoys working and supporting a team, but can be relied upon to work as an individual at all timesKeen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industryWilling to attend training to become a Fire Marshall and/or First Aider if requiredIdeally lives within a close proximity to the store to be able to respond to potential alarm calls out of hours
