HRIS & Reward Manager

Overview
HRIS and Reward Manager (6-month FTC) at Hyperoptic. Hybrid working option with office location in Hammersmith. This role leads our HR information systems and total rewards programs to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.What will you be doing?
Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of all HR information systems including HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and talent management platformsLead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations to ensure seamless data flow across the HR technology stackImplement and manage a comprehensive total rewards strategy including base pay, variable compensation, benefits, and recognition programsConduct regular market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive positioningDevelop key performance indicators and metrics for HR program effectivenessCreate regular and ad-hoc reports on compensation trends, system utilization, and program ROIWhat we are looking for
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Sage, HiBob, BambooHR, or similar) and payroll systems integration and benefits administrationAdvanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and HR technology stackStrong analytical skills with expertise in ExcelThorough understanding of compensation philosophy, job evaluation, and market pricingExperience with salary survey data and benchmarking methodologiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively across departments and influence senior stakeholdersWhy work for us?
