Are you a Design Engineer from a steel background, looking to join a well-established, successful company where you can develop your skills within a specialist environment, with full training on Tekla as you produce and design 2D drawings and 3D models?

Are you looking for a role where you will lead and design on a range of interesting, complex projects from structural steel frames through to bespoke architectural metalwork, including staircases and balustrades?

In this role you will produce and design drawings and models for the steel and architectural metalwork industry, ensuring they are of high-quality and to industry regulations. You will be responsible for liaising with internal and external teams, and managing documents, with occasional site visits required across the UK, including to major sports stadiums.

This role would suit a Design Engineer from a metalwork background, with 3D modelling experience, looking to join a tight-knit, expanding company as you head-up a range of complex projects for an array of interesting clientele.

The Role:

• Using Tekla to draw and design steel and metalwork projects (full training provided)
• Work on projects from structural frames to bespoke metalwork
• Liaise with internal and external teams, occasional site visits
• 41.5 hours a week, Monday - Thursday, 8:00 - 5:00, Friday till 4:00
