The role An exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager who can proactively take responsibility for the successful delivery of its painting and decorating projects - from tender handover through to completion. Based between the AKF office and active project sites, you will play a key role in managing the execution of painting and decoration works across AKF s projects, including AKF operatives; materials and plant;, supporting clients; improving systems; and ensuring every project meets expectations for quality, safety, budget, and program. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am 4:00pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
