The Best Connection are currently looking for dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join our client in the Doncaster area. The ideal candidates must be looking for long term work as these are temporary to permanent positions. Pay: -12.71 per hour

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00

Friday 08:00 - 14:00

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

- Monitoring the production process and ensuring products meet quality standards.

- Assembling and packaging products according to specifications.

- Shrink wrap and strapping of pallets

- Completing basic quality checks and reporting any defects or issues to supervisors.

- Maintaining production records and logs.

- Assisting with inventory control and stock management.

Minimum requirements for this job:

- Numerate and Literate

- Good team player

- Good communications skills both verbal and written

- The ability to work to achieve tight deadlines, often under pressure times

- Self-motivation and the drive and enthusiasm to contribute to the Plant''s continuous improvement process
