Totum is partnering with a leading US law firm to recruit a Legal Biller to join their team using Aderant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, handling complex billing across international offices.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end billing for multiple offices.Process time transfers, edits, and disbursement write-offs in line with firm policy.Monitor WIP, support billing targets, and provide working capital information as needed.Maintain accurate client and matter records, ensuring compliance with UK VAT and Solicitors'' Accounts Rules.Liaise with Partners, Associates, and clients to resolve billing queries.Support billing projects, system improvements, and audits as required.Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement within the billing team.Requirements:Experience in legal billing, ideally within a global law firm or professional services environment.Experience with Aderant or similar billing systems and financial reporting tools.Strong knowledge of Solicitors'' Accounts Rules and VAT for law firm billing.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle a high volume of work.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Equal Opportunities As a responsible business, it is important that we represent the diversity of our people, our clients and our communities.
