Key Responsibilities Managing the full recruitment process from initial client brief through to successful placement Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates Advertising vacancies across appropriate platforms and proactively sourcing talent Matching candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and client requirements Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process Ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation Working towards agreed performance targets and contributing to overall business growth Key Requirements Excellent communication and relationship management skills over the telephone and in person Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset Ability to work indepen
